The Cottonwood/Ryegrass County Road 23-117 south of Daniel in Sublette County will be closed for culvert replacement today through Saturday, October 17th. GPS coordinates for culvert replacement are N 42.84039° by W -110.30311°. Access to 23-129 towards McDougal Gap and the North Cottonwood road, can be from the lower or southern entrance of 23-117 at Cottonwood Creek and US HWY 189 MP 119.1.
