PINEDALE, WY — The Sublette County Health Foundation is pleased to announce it has received a $5,000 grant from the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation to purchase critical life-saving training equipment for Sublette County EMS. This investment directly enhances emergency response capabilities for residents and visitors across the county. The grant funded several advanced training tools used to practice high-risk, low-frequency procedures essential in emergency medicine, including a Life/form® Cricothyrotomy Mannequin for emergency airway access training; adult arm and leg intraosseous (IO) trainers to strengthen rapid vascular access skills; and infant CPR mannequins to improve cardiac arrest response and esuscitation readiness.

"These tools ensure our EMS teams are prepared for the most urgent, high-stakes scenarios," said BJ Merry, Director of EMS for Sublette County Health. "The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation’s support directly strengthens emergency care for every community in Sublette County."

Sublette County Health Foundation Executive Director Kari DeWitt added, "It takes every part of our organization working together—Heritage Home, the clinics and new hospital, EMS, and the Health Foundation—to make exceptional healthcare possible in Sublette County.
