Frank Teasley

Frank Teasley from Jackson Hole, Wyoming guides his 12-dog team along the Green River in front of the Kendall Tie Hack sign. Near this spot starting in 1867, loggers cut railroad ties in the cold of winter to be floated to Green River City with spring high water. Teasley is the founder of the IPSSSDR sled dog race.
