Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife Organizational Meeting, 7 p.m.,
Pinedale Library (rescheduled from Thursday, Mar. 27). A group originating
in Utah, SFW promotes increasing wildlife habitat on public lands and
the control of predators, including coyotes, wolves and mountain lions.
In some areas, the group has bought out ranchers' grazing permits to
close down public lands grazing, in an attempt to create greater big
game populations. However, the group's Fremont County chapter has adopted
a pro-agriculture stance. Everyone is invited to this meeting to help
establish the organization's agenda in Wyoming and presumably Sublette
