fresh new work and enjoy "Wall of the Wild," examples

a great kick-off for the show. Meet

Wordband, 2
- 5 pm, Pinedale Library Lovatt Room. Free program sponsored by the
Sublette County Artists' Guild, in conjunction with the opening of the
Mixed Media Annual Art Exhibit. Wordband consists of 3 artists
from Casper (Jim Gaither, Stephanie Painter, and George Vlastos) who
perform choral poetry. They present poems written for three voices,
poems written by well-known poets scripted for three voices, and pieces
developed around unusual sources such as newspaper articles. They also
perform a sampling of their own work. Enjoy poetry performed like you've
never seen or heard it before! This innovative and fun program is funded
in part by the Wyoming Arts Council.
